Cloudy Afternoon at Katsuren Castle

This morning around 9:30 am, I headed out to katsuren Jo ( castle ). The sun was shining, looked like it was going to be a nice day. I stopped at Hot Spar on the way, and picked up a bento to eat out there. On the drive out there it started raining and I was about to turn around and go back home and as fast it started it cleared up.

I have not been to Katsuren Jo in about 12 years. Not that much has changed out there. There is now a wooden stairway leading from base to the first level. That part used to be like correl and stone walkway. Also on the back side of the castle they are rebuilding and extending the lower walls. They have also put grates over the many wells out there and marked them.
